Rebuilding the Temple? Ezra 3:10 and Ezra 4:24

Question
Under whose reign was the Temple rebuilt, Cyrus or Darius? (Ezra 3:10 and Ezra 4:24)
Answer
Ezra 3:10 When the builders laid the foundation of the temple of the LORD, the priests in their vestments and with trumpets, and the Levites (the sons of Asaph) with cymbals, took their places to praise the LORD, as prescribed by David king of Israel. Ezra 4:24 Thus the work on the house of God in Jerusalem came to a standstill until the second year of the reign of Darius king of Persia.
The work of the Temple was begun under Cyrus, was then delayed (Ezra 4:4-5) for approximately 17 years, and re-started under Darius.
